Full-time nanny + family assistant needed in McLean for 2 boys (ages 3 & 5). Kids are in school 9–4, so the role includes childcare before/after school and household support mid-day. Mon–Fri, full time (42 hrs per week) - schedule is: Mon-Wed-Fri (7:30 AM–7 PM) and Tues-Thurs (3-7 pm)- we can be flexible on which days are longer. OR if you live close to McLean, then split schedule help M-F (7-10 am and 3-8 pm).

Responsibilities: morning routine, school drop-off/pick-up, snacks/play, bath/dinner support, full-day care on closures. Mid-day tasks: laundry, cooking, grocery shopping, errands, organizing, keeping supplies stocked.

Must have your own car and be willing to drive kids to school (mileage will be reimbursed).
