Full-time nanny + family assistant needed in McLean for 2 boys (ages 3 & 5). Kids are in school 9–4, so the role includes childcare before/after school and household support mid-day. Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–7:30 PM (some flexibility).

Responsibilities: morning routine, school drop-off/pick-up, snacks/play, bath/dinner support, full-day care on closures. Mid-day tasks: laundry, cooking, grocery shopping, errands, organizing, keeping supplies stocked.

W-2 payroll, guaranteed hours, paid time off after probation, lunch/snacks provided. Must be legal to work in U.S., drive, and have experience with young kids. CPR/First Aid a plus. Having your car is a plus (mileage will be reimbursed).
