We’re a friendly family seeking a full-time nanny/household manager for our 16-month-old daughter and part-time care for our 4-year-old son. Hours are Mon–Fri, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Mom is an attorney with an occasionally unpredictable schedule; both parents mostly work outside the home. Responsibilities include daily care, outdoor play, taking kids to activities, maintaining nap/quiet-time, light housekeeping, and managing household tasks. Our kids eat typical kid foods, and we value flexibility. Competitive pay, benefits, and long-term stability offered.

Our ideal arrangement would be compensation for two children and the house management duties would be when my son is in other care.
