We're looking for a warm, reliable nanny to care for our 4-month-old baby. Day-to-day care includes putting baby down for naps, diaper changes, outdoor walks, engaging playtime on the floor, tummy time, and lots of talking, singing, and reading together. We would like someone comfortable coordinating feeds with us, either preparing and giving bottles of breast milk or bringing baby to mom to nurse when she is home. Our ideal day is calm, predictable, and nurturing with age-appropriate stimulation when baby is awake, and a focus on following baby's cues and helping us maintain a consistent routine.
