We’re looking for someone extraordinary to join our family’s “village” — a caring, creative, calm, committed person to help our 7-year-old thrive. She’s smart, funny, affectionate, curious, outgoing, and “neurospicy” (ADHD + encopresis), needing structure, flexibility, and emotional safety. Schedule: M–F school pickup in Queen Anne at 2:20pm (1:20 Wed) until 5:30. Responsibilities: transport home/activities; offer snacks and a calm routine; plan engaging play; provide gentle toileting support; collaborate closely with us. Experience with neurodivergent kids a plus. Located in Upper Queen Anne; competitive pay.
