Seeking a warm, fun, and reliable babysitter to work long-term with our gifted, neurospicy 9-year old boy. Building rapport and consistency are very important to him, so this role is ideal for someone who values connection and plans to work with us for at least one year.

Hours are +/- 3:15–6:15 PM Monday–Friday, plus Saturday mornings, but we are somewhat flexible and plan to start slowly (1–2 afternoons/week) and increase hours over time. Summer hours will be slightly longer (about 1:00–5:00 PM daily).

Responsibilities include non-screen activities, playing Roblox, preparing snacks/simple dinners, and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Ideal candidates enjoy working with quirky, neurodiverse kids, like cats (we have 4!), have reliable transportation, and are comfortable in a busy household (we have 3 athletic teens). Position is on payroll and not cash. CPR/First Aid required. Pay is $25/hr. if you can't do school pick ups and $30 if you can pick him up with your car.
