We’re a two-dad family seeking a full-time, reliable nanny in Hell’s Kitchen for our 2-year-old (potty-trained) and 2-month-old daughters, Monday–Friday 8–4. Both parents work from home, and we have a friendly dog, so comfort with dogs is a must. We value emotional intelligence and expect redirection through validation and clear boundaries—no physical discipline or time outs. Ideal candidates foster curiosity with age-appropriate and self-directed activities and promote responsibility. Duties include kids’ meal prep, laundry, and tidying.
